At Nanotech Home, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy below before placing your order.

Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests are accepted only for undelivered orders and must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of payment.
• Once an order has been delivered, it is no longer eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation of Confirmed Orders

• For confirmed, delivered, but uninstalled orders, a cancellation or change of order will incur a 10% non-refundable fee based on the total contract amount.
• This fee covers administrative, logistics, and order processing costs already incurred.

Installed Units

• All installed units are final and non-refundable.
